Her career has led her to oversee complex projects, structure organizations, and support leaders in their growth, always placing people at the heart of every transformation.

In the face of change and its challenges, she understands that lasting impact comes from reflection, clarity, and taking action—striking the right balance between purpose and strategy.

As an agent and coach, she supports leaders from diverse backgrounds, helping them unlock their full potential and find greater fulfillment in their professional journeys.

An expert in human resources management, professional coach, and strategic advisor with over 30 years of experience, Eric has served as Senior Vice President of HR and Partner for 13 years, working across various industries such as engineering consulting, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and advisory services. He specializes in advising senior leadership and supporting managers, with a strong focus on action, innovation, and continuous improvement.

He has led leadership development programs to ensure succession for key positions (presidency, vice presidency, and executive roles), managed a team of 55 HR professionals, and contributed to corporate governance restructuring. He is also a member of the Ordre des CRHA and the International Coach Federation (ICF). Through his diverse interventions, Eric directly influences the careers of his colleagues.

Francine is an experienced leader with over 30 years in management and human resources, having worked across various industries in North America. Passionate about professional development and organizational transformation, she is recognized for her vision, attentiveness, rigor, and business acumen. She stands out for her ability to build genuine connections and introduce innovative practices tailored to today's challenges.

A consultant, mediator, and coach in applied neuroscience, she holds a bachelor's degree in industrial relations and is a member of the Association des professionnels en RH agréés du Québec. Professional development is at the core of her work and interests.

Corinne is a management consultant, certified business coach (PCC), and career advisor with over 25 years of experience in key roles within public and private organizations. She has provided over 800 hours of coaching for executives and managers and has led organizational transformation projects. Recognized for her deep understanding of human and strategic challenges, as well as her judgment and emotional intelligence, she helps managers transform themselves and create lasting impact.

Her authentic and bold approach enables her clients to achieve their personal and professional transformation goals. She specializes in career coaching, integration coaching, group and team coaching, as well as executive succession development.

Emilie has 19 years of experience in consulting services in the information technology sector, mainly in development and business relations, supporting senior management, team management, and business creation.

In a context of rapid and increasingly significant changes, she believes that successfully navigating a transition requires not only perspective and clarity, but also the courage to make decisions and take action.

She chose to focus on professional coaching in order to support leaders and teams in their reflections and in addressing the challenges related to career growth and professional development.

An ICF-certified coach (ACC), she is recognized for her authenticity, active listening, bold decision-making, and her ability to foster lasting relationships built on trust.
